- You will automatically receive new listings by email (before they hit mls.ca/realtor.ca
- Monitor for sale by owner listings and will show you any that may fit
- Find homes not yet listed by networking with other active Realtors
- When possible, I will preview listings to save you time
- Point out strengths and weaknesses of all properties
- Keep you aware of changes in the real estate market
- Provide detailed information on values, taxes, utility costs, etc
You will see as many homes as you need to see and we will do it at your pace. I will never rush you or pressure you to make a decision you are not comfortable with.
- Guide you through the offer process
- Review all terms and conditions and ensure it is clearly written and include clauses that protect you
- Provide sellers with information supporting your position
- Patiently work to get the terms you will be happy with
- Treat all parties fairly and with respect
- Follow up to ensure all conditions are fulfilled and properly documented
- Forward copies of paperwork to all parties, lawyers
- Work with you to resolve any issues that come up
